The Football Booster Club is doing a pre-sale on a black long sleeve soft cotten shirt that says “Raider Nation”. The shirt will cost $12 for regular sizes, $14 for 2XL’s and bigger, $10 for youth sizes. Members from the booster club will be taking orders tomorrow night at the booster club meeting, Thursday during lunch, Thursday evening at the Freshman games, Friday night at the Varsity game and Monday during lunch. All orders need to be turned in by Monday October 24th so we can deliver the shirts by the Vista Ridge game. We have attached an order form with a picture of the shirt design. This is a great opportunity to show the Raider Football team how proud we are of them and of our school.

Rouse Spirit Wear

JV GOLD team will be playing Georgetown Spohomore team on Thursday at 5:30 at Rouse instead of Dripping Springs.

We will also have NO practice Wednesday morning due to PSAT testing.  We will practice after school instead.

RAIDER FOOTBALL NATION,

COME BE A PART OF THE RAIDER FOOTBALL NATION ON TUESDAY AT _6:30_ P.M.  (no Booster Club on Monday )

WHAT IS RAIDER FOOTBALL NATION?

It is where we come together as a football parents, players, and Coaches to celebrate all the good stuff that is going on in the football program.

What all will be celebrating?

We will be presenting the player of the week for all Varsity, JV, and freshman football teams.  The players will be recognize and received their picture with their stats for that week.

You as the fans will be able to vote for the play of the week.  The coaching staff will pick three plays; offense, defense, and special teams.  The play with the loudest crowd noise will be named play of the week.

What else will be going on? Coach Mann will be going over the previous week and discussing the upcoming game.

Booster Club president Bob Wells will be updating us on what going on in the football booster club.

Will show all the highlights from the previous varsity game the week before.

When the Volleyball team is playing at home we will finish at 7 and travel over to the gym to support the volleyball team!!!!!

JV Practice

The JV will practice everyday before school.  They need to be ready to go at 7:30 a.m.  We will meet, lift, or watch film before we go outside and practice.

Freshman Gold will play Giddings at Rouse on September 1, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

Come join us on Monday Nights at 7:00 p.m. in the cafeteria for a report on how our sub varsities did the week before.  Coach Clay and Coach Cochran will be on hand to discuss any changes in schedules and give us a detail report on the games.  They will also be announcing players of the week for the JV and freshman teams.

Coach Mann will be updating the past Friday night’s game with stats and high light video.  He will also give a pre-view of the week coming up.  He will also be announcing the player of the week for the scout teams and the varsity.

The coaches will be followed by Bob Well, Booster Club President, with an update on the status of the booster club and any activities to come.
